Arbois La Capitaine Rouge 2022 Oregon All the grapes were maceratedFrom the biodynamically farmed La Capitaine plot in Arbois, this cuve blends 70% Pinot Noir, 25% Poulsard, and 5% Trousseau. The grapes are hand harvested and fully destemmed, with a three week maceration and gentle pump overs using native yeasts. Aged for 18 months in large oak foudres, then bottled with a light silica clay filtration. This is a deeply expressive red Jura wine with both freshness and structure.
