The 2013 vintage was balanced overall without the sudden heat waves we saw in the summers of 2011 and 2012

This will require at least 15 years to be at its best and 20 would not surprise me

This is a lovely wine of distinction balance and harmony that is built to age over the next decade or so as the underlying material is superb

Patience required but this is very promising

This is also extremely pretty with an emphasis on red pinot fruit and a hint of forest floor on the nose that leads to rich, intense and precise flavors that possess ample punch and vibrancy on the complex and moderately tannic finish. While this is delicious and classy, I would be inclined to drink the 04 Corton over the first 10 years of its life (even though it will survive much longer) as Im not sure that
