Gonet - Medeville 1er Cru Tradition Brut Champagne Sparkling " 90 points Jeb DunnuckThis blend of 70% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Meunier, originates from the following crus: Bisseuil, Trpail, Mareuil sur A and Le Mesnil sur Oger. The hand harvested grapes are destemmed and then lightly pressed. 70% is vinified in temperature controlled tanks, 30% in neutral barriques. The wine is then bottled 7 months after harvest and kept on the lees for 24 months. Wines are put to market after a minimum of 4 months after being disgorged.
